Blakely Interiors recently completed a stunning transformation of a client’s living room, turning it into a luxurious and cohesive space. The client, desired a complete revamp of her living area, with a focus on rich, green tones and sophisticated detailing. The project centred around a bespoke deep green sofa, complemented by various green accents and elegant touches.
We began with a thorough consultation with the client to understand their vision for the new living space. The design plan focused on creating a luxurious, inviting environment with a sophisticated colour palette and high-end detailing.
Key design features included:
Bespoke Sofa: The first piece chosen was a bespoke sofa upholstered in deep green fabric, serving as the room’s focal point.
Patterned and Textured Cushions: Scatter cushions in various tones of green, featuring different patterns and textures, were selected to add layers of luxury and interest.
Antique Brass Studding: The bespoke sofa was detailed with antique brass studding, providing an extra touch of elegance and making it a show-stopping piece.
Media Unit: A stylish media unit was installed, blending seamlessly with the overall design.
Zoffany Paint: The walls were painted in Zoffany’s soft Spanish Olive, adding warmth and drama to the space.
Next, we executed the design plan with precision, ensuring every detail contributed to the overall luxurious feel of the room. The process involved:
Sofa Selection and Customisation: A bespoke sofa was crafted from deep green fabric, with antique brass studding meticulously applied for added detail.
Cushion Selection and Arrangement: Various scatter cushions in different shades and textures of green were carefully chosen and arranged to enhance the sofa’s appeal.
Media Unit Installation: A functional and stylish media unit was integrated into the room, providing both storage and a focal point for entertainment.
Painting: The walls were painted with Zoffany’s soft Spanish Olive, which complemented the green tones of the furniture and added a dramatic yet warm ambience.
The completed living room exceeded expectations. The bespoke deep green sofa became the centrepiece of the room, with the antique brass studding adding a luxurious touch.
The various green-toned scatter cushions provided additional layers of texture and interest, enhancing the overall aesthetic. The Zoffany soft Spanish Olive paint added warmth and drama, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
